A Cake for my Mother in law

Anton's mum came up to visit us this weekend, so i made this orange and almond cake for dessert. It is an Annabel Langbein recipe, which calls for hardly any flour and uses ground almonds and semolina. I am a big fan of citrus based cakes and anything that has syrup poured on it after baking. We ate the cake cold with greek yoghurt - delicious!


  1. Definately YUM! I can personally vouch for this cake - Kate served it to me with a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee after lunch and it was truly delicious!
